In October, we took a cruise on a sternwheeler based out of Cascade Locks on the Columbia River.

We are camping this weekend at Maryhill Campground in the Columbia Gorge in Washington.  Bob and I agree that this is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in – and it’s only 30 miles from home in Lyle!

We went to the races in Yakima a couple of weeks ago and will be going back there for the Fall Classic this next weekend.  Our pictures of the late models at this race didn’t turn out well so we’ll get some more this next weekend.  That’ll be three days of no holds bar racing.
